• Keno Tactics That Make Money

It will not commonly be looked at as the most fun game in the realm of gaming, but keno has tons of devoted followers. And it should! It’s a regularly thrilling lotto-like game that’s easy to pickup, readily available in loads of different formats, and one that may pay out millions for players who learn its numerous subtle rules. But let’s deal with the beginner’s rules for now.

When defining keno to novices, some gaming masters compare it to the lottery. This is at least nearly apt, in that each game is fundamentally numerical. Yet to carry that comparison too far can be to detract from the countless unique aspect that make keno so compelling. Not like bingo, keno players have the freedom to choose the numbers for every card.

Keno cards have a grand total of eighty numbers, but the user is given an additional level of personal responsibility by being able to select as numerous (or as few) numbers as he needs. And it doesn’t take a super genius to determine how to fill out a card: all you do is circle or otherwise mark each of your handpicked numbers with a good oldmarker like you used when you were in third grade.

Now that you’ve selected your numbers, carry your keno card back to the girl at the keno booth. The keno pit manager will record those numbers and then give you a receipt. Do not misplace this (potentially) lucrative bit of paper! Even if the clerk remembers your loud shirt and would like to help out, without a winning receipt on you, you will get precisely $.00 for your actions.

OK, so there you have strategy #1: always take care to keep your keno slip. Let’s advance to something a little more complex, shall we?

After you’ve checked off your numbers, settle into a comfy keno booth and see the action happen on the big keno monitor. That is where the winning numbers are shown for all to see. If you picked winning numbers, mark your card accordingly. Sake care not to move to slowly, or sit there congratulating yourself for an obnoxious length of time. You must get up to the keno stand to collect your winnings, and a new round of keno will most likely start up within not too many minutes.

Strategy number 2: always go back to the keno booth on time!

Assuming you can’t trust yourself to meet that five-minute margin each and every time, you always retain the option of purchasing a "multi-race" ticket. These include the self same set of your picked numbers on anywhere from two to twenty tickets. When the max amount of keno games (matching the amount of tickets) is played out, you will then be able to get off your numb butt and go collect your winnings.

Another choice is recognized as a "stray and play" keno slip, which commonly lets you make number choices for 30 keno rounds or more. Hell, you can take a world tour and not have to worry about getting back in time to retrieve your winnings. Most "stray and play" game tickets are good for up to a whole year after it’s purchased!

So now you have learned a couple required strategies for winning keno. If you are an accomplished user, they might appear to be very obvious. Still, it will not hurt to study up on the basic methods, and if you are a new keno player, every tiny bit of advice will help make your keno wagering more agreeable.
